BPC-157 Mixing & Dosage Protocols
BPC-157 — Research Dosage Guidance
Reconstitution (Mixing)
- Add 2 ml Bacteriostatic Water to the vial
- Roll gently between palms (do not shake)
- Store reconstituted vial in the refrigerator (2–8 °C)
Concentration Calculation
10 mg ÷ 2 ml = 5 mg/ml
Every 10 insulin units (0.1 ml) = 0.5 mg (500 mcg)
Core Research Dosage Guidelines
For tissue repair, injury recovery, inflammation modulation, and gastrointestinal research
Standard protocol: 300–500 mcg per injection
Frequency: 1–2× daily
Advanced protocol: 500–750 mcg twice daily
Administration: Subcutaneous or intramuscular micro-injection
Injection sites: Rotate regularly
Dose Conversion Table
Dose Volume Insulin Units
300 mcg 0.06 ml 6 units
500 mcg 0.10 ml 10 units
750 mcg 0.15 ml 15 units
1 mg 0.20 ml 20 units
Targeted Research Protocols
1. Acute Injury & Tissue Repair
- (Strains, tears, post-procedure recovery)
- Dose: 500–750 mcg
- Frequency: Twice daily
- Timing: Morning + evening
- Duration: 4–6 weeks
- Notes: IM near affected area or SC systemic dosing
2. Chronic Pain, Inflammation & Overuse
- (Tendinitis, joint stress, repetitive strain)
- Dose: 300–500 mcg
- Frequency: 1–2× daily
- Duration: 6–8 weeks
- Notes: Rotate sites; consistency is key
3. Gastrointestinal & Gut-Barrier Research
- (IBS-like models, mucosal integrity, inflammation)
- Dose: 250–500 mcg
- Frequency: Once daily (evening preferred)
- Duration: 4–8 weeks
- Notes: Subcutaneous administration recommended
4. Post-Surgical / Intensive Recovery Models
- Dose: 750 mcg
- Frequency: Twice daily
- Duration: 6–8 weeks
- Notes: Higher dosing reserved for advanced research protocols
5. Maintenance / Preventative Research
- Dose: 250–300 mcg
- Frequency: 3–5 days per week
- Duration: Ongoing as required
- Notes: Suitable after completing a full cycle
Cycle Duration
- Typical cycle: 4–8 weeks
- Extended cycle: Up to 12 weeks
- Maintenance: 3–5 days per week as needed
Key Research Benefits
