Returns & Refund Policy

1. No Returns or Refunds on Opened Products

Due to the sensitive nature of peptides and strict health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any products once the seal has been opened.
This policy ensures product integrity and protects all customers from potential contamination or compromised quality.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Sealed Products Only)

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is in the same condition in which it was delivered, including all accessories, labels, and packaging.

If the above conditions are met, customers may qualify for an exchange or store credit. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.

3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive:

  • The wrong product,
  • A damaged item, or
  • A missing item in your order,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or provide a suitable resolution.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Opened or unsealed peptide products
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling, storage, or misuse
  • Items returned without approval
  • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
  • 5. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.
  • If the return is due to an error on our side (incorrect item shipped or product defect), we will cover the return courier fees.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the situation.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect after approval.
