Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Times

  • All peptide orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding all South African public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday) will be processed and prepared for shipment on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once payment has been successfully confirmed, your order will be prepared, packaged, and handed over for dispatch within 24–48 hours.

We work with trusted and reputable courier companies to ensure fast and secure delivery of your peptides. Our primary delivery partners include:

  • The Courier Guy (South Africa)
  • Aramex (South Africa)

These couriers offer reliable and fully trackable delivery services throughout South Africa.

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard courier delivery within South Africa typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or outlying areas may require additional delivery time.
  • Tracking details will be shared once your package has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and may vary based on your delivery address.
  • Occasionally, free or discounted delivery promotions may apply.

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  • Once dispatched, a tracking number or link will be sent to you so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
