MOTS-C Mixing & Dosage Protocols

MOTS-C (40 mg) — Research Dosage Guidance

Mitochondrial Energy • Metabolic Enhancement • Cellular Repair

Reconstitution (Mixing)

  • Add 3 ml Bacteriostatic Water to the vial
  • Roll gently between palms (do not shake)
  • Store reconstituted vial in the refrigerator (2–8 °C)

Concentration Calculation

40 mg ÷ 3 ml = 13.33 mg/ml

Every 10 units (0.1 ml) ≈ 1.33 mg (1 333 mcg)

Each 1 mg ≈ 7.5 units on a U-100 insulin syringe

Core Dosage Guidelines

Purpose: Mitochondrial energy, metabolic enhancement, and cellular repair research

Standard dose: 5–10 mg per injection

Frequency: 2–3× weekly

Advanced protocol: 10 mg daily (short metabolic cycles only)

Administration: Subcutaneous (abdomen, thigh, or upper arm)

Syringe Measurement Guide

Dose    Volume (ml)    Insulin Units
1.33 mg    0.10 ml    10 units
2 mg    0.15 ml    15 units
5 mg    0.38 ml    38 units
10 mg    0.75 ml    75 units
